- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client accounts.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates, partners, and key influencers to expand our reach and drive sales.
- Design and implement attractive incentive structures and commission plans for affiliates and partners to motivate performance and maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine our strategies.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, and events.
- Collaborate with product development and other internal teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.
- Proven experience in a senior sales and/or marketing role.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing affiliate or partner programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing principles, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics tools.
- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
