Your Role:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:
- Manage Client Interactions: Handle outbound and inbound calls with potential B2B clients interested in making large purchases.
- Lead Generation: Possess strong lead generation skills and the ability to work independently.
- Oversee Sales Flow: Manage the entire sales process, including creating purchase orders and collaborating with our design team and suppliers.
- Client Relationship Management: Schedule calls, maintain client lists, send emails, and provide excellent customer service.
- Upselling Abilities: Identify opportunities to upsell products and services effectively.
- Phone Sales Expertise: Have proven experience in phone sales and be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Software Proficiency: Be experienced with popular marketing and sales software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other well-known platforms.
- Team Leadership: Experience in managing a sales team is encouraged.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Entrepreneurship experience is a plus.
What You Need:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel (especially), PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Salesforce, Hubspot and similar CRM
- Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B Sales
- Strong organizational, mathematical, and communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English communication (written and verbal)
