What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions
Source and identify top talent through various channels
Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting
Develop innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience in diverse industry recruiting
Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics
