This is a remote position.

Odoo Development:

  • Customize and develop Odoo modules in line with business requirements.
  • Maintain existing modules, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Python Programming:
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code to support Odoo ERP functionality.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and tools with Odoo as needed.

Technical Analysis:

  • Analyze client requirements and propose technical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and Odoo’s standard functionality.

Database Management:

  • Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Testing and Documentation:
  • Develop unit tests and conduct debugging to ensure reliable functionality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Solid experience with Odoo development (v13 or later) is good to have.
  • Knowledge of Odoo architecture and framework.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • 3 to 5 of experience in Python/Odoo development and implementation.
