In this role, your mission is to lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product lines, building the future of our platform. You will make a direct impact by:

• Leading cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, translating business needs into technical product solutions.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, and defining and driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Managing the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration, utilizing data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• You have at least 5+ years in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• You understand APIs, platforms, system design, and data architecture to support decision-making.
• You have proven success in launching and scaling digital products end-to-end.
• You have strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• You have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Technical Skills:

• You have experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• You are proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• You have familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Non-Negotiables:

• Onsite work setup in Cebu City, PH (Monday-Friday).
• Availability for Dayshift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM PH Time).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

• Master’s degree.
• Relevant certifications in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Experience working on AI Powered Application.
• Experience using the latest AI Coding assistant tools.
• SQL – Basic querying to get deeper into user/product data.
