Senior Process Engineer, Coffee

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Process Engineer, Coffee is responsible in doing assessment of processing lines/machines and in executing projects and/or programs to improve their performance. He also provides technical assistance to aid in the resolution of machine-related quality and other issues, and provides technical training for personnel of his assigned category.

What are there Job Responsibilities:

• Problem Solving and Data Analysis - gathers and examines data for machine, process or issue.
• Inspects processes to validate reported caused of issues or problems
• Works closely with process owner in the verification of data and processes.
• Prepares reports and presentations on the studies and problem analysis done.
• Equipment Assessment - inspects machine for completeness of parts and components.
• Checks functionality of machine parts and components.
• Monitors machine performance against design or process specifications.
• Monitors machine performance against product specifications.
• Conducts studies to determine machine performance in connection with other systems in a production line.
• Identifies critical parameters, parts or adjustments needed in the proper operation and maintenance of machine.
• Technical Training Facilitation
• Process Engineering Program Implementation
• Commissioning and Trial Execution

What are the Qualifications:

• Candidate should be a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
• Preferably 5 years and up years of experience in the same field of work and in an FMCG industry
