We are looking for a versatile Product Manager to own new verticals—finance, healthcare, real estate, and beyond—at Fireflies.ai. You will drive the vertical strategy, AI app integrations, and onboarding personalisation, and work closely with GTM and performance marketing teams. Your focus will be on launching, winning, and growing in new industry categories.

Key Responsibilities
- Vertical Strategy: Identify, prioritise, and launch new industry verticals for Fireflies’ platform.
- Market Understanding: Conduct deep competitive analysis and market research to inform product direction.
- AI Apps & Integrations: Define and drive AI product offerings, integrations, and personalised onboarding for each vertical.
- Collaboration: Partner with GTM, sales, partnerships, and performance marketing to ensure successful launches and growth.
- Category Leadership: Develop go-to-market strategies to win and become the leader in targeted verticals.
- Customer Empathy: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their unique needs.
- 4+ years of product management-related experience with exposure to multiple industries.
- Track record of launching new products or features, especially in the B2B SaaS or AI space.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Experience with integrations, onboarding, and GTM collaboration.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise market/user data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
