Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing complex operations and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, including production, logistics, quality control, and customer service
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and address challenges
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Operations Management role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and leading teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience in BPO Management or any related field
  • Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies (is a plus/advantage)
