We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who can start their journey as US Healthcare Coordinators in our team!

- Conduct Verification of Benefits
- Patient Reactivations
- Answer Inbound Calls
- Follow-up on Appointment Calls
- Make Outbound Calls to Leads
- Schedule/Reschedule Patient Appointments
- Manage EMR
- Monitor Clinic’s Virtual Kiosks
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
- Government-mandated benefits

- At least 1 year experience in BPO industry in a healthcare account
- Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
- Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
- Experience in medical billing and coding is a Plus!
- Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
- Proficient in both Written and Verbal English
- Organized and Detail-Oriented
- Must be open to work an onsite setup
