Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Senior .NET Developer for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing robust and scalable applications using the .NET framework. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, and you will play a key role in leading development efforts and mentoring junior developers.

Specific duties include but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Application Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain complex applications and systems using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
  • Architectural Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable and efficient system architectures.
  • Code Quality: Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Technical Leadership: Take ownership of technical decisions, resolve complex technical issues, and lead development efforts for key projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for application design, architecture, and code.


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Experience in software development with a strong focus on the .NET framework
  • Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.

- Experience with .NET Core, Entity Framework, and MySQL Server.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Knowledge of design patterns and architectural principles.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS).

  • Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

  • Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
