Role Overview

As the Senior Multimedia Specialist, he/she will take the lead in conceptualizing and executing high-quality multimedia content across various formats, including video,

graphics, animation, and interactive media. This role requires a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end multimedia production.

Reporting to the Brand and Content Manager, you will focus on elevating the visual identity of the organization through innovative and impactful media solutions that align

with brand objectives.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

Creative Conceptualization and Design

  • Multimedia Ideation: Develop creative concepts and multimedia solutions for campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and messaging strategies.
  • Trend Application: Integrate current design trends and techniques into multimedia outputs to keep content fresh and engaging.

Media Production and Execution

  • Supporting Visuals: In addition to video production, create complementary visual assets (e.g., thumbnails, banners, promotional graphics) that maintain brand consistency across all media.
  • Cross-Media Expertise: Produce and execute a variety of multimedia formats, including video production, animation, graphic design, and interactive content.
  • End-to-End Workflow: Manage the entire production process, from initial storyboarding and content planning to editing and final delivery.
  • High-Quality Standards: Ensure all outputs meet technical and creative benchmarks for clarity, visual appeal, and impact.

Technical Expertise

  • Advanced Tools Use: Utilize professional tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create top-tier multimedia content.
  • Problem Solving: Address technical challenges in media production with innovative solutions and a detail-oriented approach.

Performance and Improvement

  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with Canadian colleagues and counterparts in shared services to align multimedia initiatives, support integration, and maximize resources across teams.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular reviews of video content to ensure high production standards are met, adjusting based on feedback.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Implement feedback from key stakeholders, iterating on video content to enhance quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of extensive experience in multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of media formats (e.g., video, animation, graphic design).
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard multimedia production tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute complex projects with precision.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and transform ideas into compelling visual content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, photography, and videography projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Agency Experience is a plus
