Role Overview
Responsible for broader and more advanced AP functions, including complex invoice processing, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, analyses, reporting, and system/process improvements. Serves as backup and escalation point for AP Analysts.

Responsible for broader and more advanced AP functions, including complex invoice processing, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, analyses, reporting, and system/process improvements. Serves as backup and escalation point for AP Analysts.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
Invoice Processing
- Processes a wide range of vendor invoices (PO and Non-PO), including customer invoices (Bell), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Performs advanced validations (invoice format, UOM, vendor details) and resolves exceptions.
- Supports complex PO and Non-PO processing requirements.
- Performs advanced reconciliations (vendor, AP subledger to GL, accruals).
- Prepares journal entries and supports month-end closing activities.
- Prepares and analyzes AP Aging reports, variance analysis, vendor spend reports, exception reports, and management reports.
- Leads/supports system upgrades, automation, data migration,
- UAT/testing, process rollouts, and business expansion activities.
- Provides schedules, reconciliations, and audit-ready reports; ensures compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Supports treasury cash management, tax reporting, and general accounting (journal entries, reconciliations).
- Performs advanced ad hoc tasks including reporting, analysis, system projects, and expansion-related activities.
- Acts as AP backup/escalation point.
- Advanced AP and accounting knowledge.

Educational Qualification/s
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years progressive AP/accounting experience (complex AP, reconciliations, and system/process involvement)
- ERP (NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, variance analysis)
