The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail merchandising, vendor management, and product lifecycle management to drive sales growth and optimize inventory performance.

Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies for hardware categories
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Monitor inventory levels and implement stock optimization strategies
Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns
Lead product launches and seasonal planning initiatives
What We're Looking For
5+ years of merchandise management experience in hardware/retail
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in merchandising software
Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management abilities
Deep understanding of hardware products and market dynamics
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
