Your Role

As a Assistant Trust Accountant , you will:

• Supporting the production of monthly financial reporting packages
  
  

within required deadlines

• Book keeping and general accounting using accounting software
• Prepares accurate account reconciliations, with supporting
  
  

documentations

• Processing accounts payable, intercompany charges, payroll and
  
  

staff expenses

• Maintain accurate records of customers and invoices in accounting
  
  

software

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Contribute to the development of work, management and quality
  
  

control processes

• Contribute to the development and documentation of process
  
  

maps, procedures and policies to support consistent work practices

and training material for the PSC Group

• Contribute to program of continuous improvement
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Experience in accounts payable and account receivable
• Experience in Xero Accounting Software
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the related field is required
• Has good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in accounts payable and payroll processing, associated
  
  

taxations and superannuation

• Experience in preparing journals and posting financial
  
  

transactions, preferably in an accounting software program

• Experience in financial services or insurance industry
  
  

advantageous

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field is required
• Has good communication and coordination skills
