4+ years of merchandising experience in fashion/apparel
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail analytics tools
Deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Leadership Experience And Cross-functional Collaboration Abilities
