As the Senior Marketing Manager, Philippines, you will own all marketing efforts for both ADVANCE.AI and ADVANCE.CBP in the Philippines. You’ll lead brand, communications, PR, field campaigns, and digital outreach. This role may also include coordinating global digital/social media assets for ADVANCE.AI and ADVANCE.CBP.ve environment.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, Philippines, you will own all marketing efforts for both ADVANCE.AI and ADVANCE.CBP in the Philippines. You’ll lead brand, communications, PR, field campaigns, and digital outreach. This role may also include coordinating global digital/social media assets for ADVANCE.AI and ADVANCE.CBP.ve environment.
You Will
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement across ADVANCE.AI and ADVANCE.CBP in the Philippines
- Localise global brand messaging, creative assets, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy to resonate with the Philippine audience and regulatory landscape
- Lead digital and field marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels (Paid Social, Search, Display, Email, Webinars, Events), aligned to sales objectives and revenue goals
- Build and execute public relations and thought leadership initiatives with local media and agency partners to grow brand presence and share of voice
- Manage and deliver local marketing events, webinars, sponsorships, and industry activations from end to end—including strategy, execution, vendor coordination and performance tracking
- Own performance tracking and reporting of key marketing metrics, including pipeline contribution, cost per lead (CPL), ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- Manage country-level marketing budgets, forecasts, and spending efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing, product, sales, customer success, compliance and design teams to ensure marketing alignment with business priorities
- Continuously test and optimise messaging, audiences, media mix, and campaign formats to drive improvements in conversion and engagement
- 8–10 years in B2B marketing (tech, fintech or SaaS), with strong local market understanding
- Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns (field + PR + digital)
- Local PR/media agency management experience
- Basic executional experience in digital tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn/Meta Ads, etc.
- Strong storytelling & writing in English
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills
