Salary Range: Up to ₱125,000

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Makati City

The role

The Senior M365 and Digital Transformation Specialist will help employees get the most out of the company’s Digital Transformation (DTX) services. This role will focus on the development of training and tools that make it easier for staff to use technology efficiently. The position will work closely with service owners, managers, business teams, and external partners to improve adoption and user satisfaction. This role does not have direct line management responsibilities but oversees the work of User Adoption Specialists.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out user experience and adoption activities for DTX services.
• Track and report on adoption success rates for each service.
• Align with solution design and implementation teams to support new services or changes.
• Create and deliver training and communication materials for DTX services.
• Make sure tools used to deliver DTX services are set up to improve end-user experience.
• Work with business engagement teams, integration managers, and key users to understand needs.
• Lead user training and adoption for services such as Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Champion end-user services to boost productivity, collaboration, and efficiency using tools like Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Digital Office.
• Promote new and existing technologies, guide best practices, and help solve technical challenges.
• Build relationships across departments to create a global network of expert users.
• Stay updated on the latest digital technologies and roadmaps (e.g., Microsoft 365).
• Produce articles, videos, and presentations to inform staff about available technology.
• Define and report on service metrics, KPIs, and SLAs in alignment with Operations and UX leads.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related program is required
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as an IT Manager, with experience in Service Delivery for Operational Technology, Application, and Infrastructure services within a global multinational environment. This includes budget management and cost control processes.
• Must possess a proven track record of operating and maintaining complex and innovative solutions that deliver high customer satisfaction and value
• Recent certification in M365 products / User Adoption and Communication is required
• Recent Certification in ITIL v3/4 is preferred
• Ability to translate technical information into nontechnical language.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm & passion for technology, enjoys learning, problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Must be experienced in communication, change & adoption strategies, and in campaigns.
• Must be an individual contributor, self-starter, with the ability to drive topics & projects without supervision
• Must be able and willing to work as member of a virtual and global IT team in a matrix organization.
