Responsibilities:

  • Role will be based in Fairview, Quezon City.
  • Developing marketing and leasing plans for current and expected vacancies
  • Broker engagements and active follow ups
  • Negotiations with potential tenants
  • Renegotiations with existing tenants
  • Presentation of vacant leases
  • Preparation of leases (business)
  • Cooperate with advisors/project managers/architects
  • Cooperate with lawyer about tenant related legal issues
  • Ensuring high quality marketing and rental information is in place and the web pages are updated
  • Market review for rent determination for vacant leases and lease renewals
  • Various ad hoc tasks, analyses, and reports

Competencies:

  • Hold a related bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Previous experience with commercial leasing from a broker, a property company, or similar
  • Good knowledge of the commercial lease law
  • Experience in contract drafting
  • Keen interest in design and technology related to the real estate sector
