About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and forward-thinking Team Leader to manage and support our operations team. This role is perfect for someone who may not have direct experience in BPO or healthcare but is quick to learn, innovative, and eager to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to lead, coach, and develop team members while continuously finding ways to improve processes and performance.

Specific duties:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through coaching, encouragement, and recognition.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets while maintaining high employee engagement.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance team performance and morale.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and client requirements.
- Assist with training new and existing employees, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Continuously assess team workflows and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Address performance and attendance issues promptly, providing coaching and guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with management to drive projects that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in BPO or healthcare is not required but a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational issues
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Quick to learn new processes and ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for the team
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Preferred but not required to have 3+ year’s experience working with US Health Insurance client
- Other US Healthcare client experience is nice to have
- Physical working at our office in Ortigas is required for security reason.
