GoTeam is actively seeking an experienced Senior Landing Page Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in building high-converting landing pages, implementing effective funnels, and seamlessly integrating with CRM systems. This role involves close collaboration with SEO specialists, email marketers, and content creators to drive comprehensive and cohesive marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Landing Page Development:
- Design and build engaging and conversion-focused landing pages that align with marketing objectives.
- Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and WordPress to create visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages.
- Develop and implement effective marketing funnels to guide users through the conversion journey.
- Optimize funnel elements for maximum conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Integrate landing pages seamlessly with CRM systems to ensure efficient lead capture and management.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement CRM workflows and automation.
- Work closely with SEO specialists to ensure landing pages are optimized for search engine visibility and performance.
- Collaborate with email marketers to integrate landing pages with email marketing automation platforms.
- Coordinate with content creators to align messaging and design elements across campaigns.
- Track and analyze landing page performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize landing page elements and improve conversion rates.
- Proven experience in building high-converting landing pages and implementing effective marketing funnels.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and experience with seamless integration.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and WordPress for designing and developing landing pages.
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
