Position Objective
The Partnership Coordinator will be an expert in relationship management and work with some of the biggest and best brands in Australia. Responsible for the acquisition and retention of partners that meet the strategic objectives of our clients, they will drive opportunities and always retain a focus on commercial growth.

Position Objective
The Partnership Coordinator will be an expert in relationship management and work with some of the biggest and best brands in Australia. Responsible for the acquisition and retention of partners that meet the strategic objectives of our clients, they will drive opportunities and always retain a focus on commercial growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Utilising direct and indirect relationships, to onboard new partners, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to retain existing partners, all whilst ensuring partners align to client requirements.
- Meet weekly targets, and track and report on results for clients.
- Negotiate best in market always on and tactical partner offers.
- Manage partner setup, offers, content, agreements and reports whilst accurately recording and managing partner activity.
- Maintain outstanding internal and external relationships and provide support to the Partnerships and Account Management Team.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Team develop marketing & partnerships calendar of activity including provision of tactical partner offers and content aligned with the themes and set timeframes.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an affiliate partnership, affiliate marketing or account service position.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a focus on delivery of client programs through recruitment and management of tier one partners with strong retail connections to drive new opportunities.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- A team player, self-motivated with a positive attitude, keen to grow and able to take initiative.
- Highly proactive and deadline focused with outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a digitally / technology focused product, service and / or marketing solutions environment.
- Experience with affiliate channels would be highly regarded.
