What are we looking for?

As a Senior iOS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining native iPhone and iPad applications using Swift. You’ll collaborate with product managers and designers to create simple, intuitive, and compelling mobile experiences that support our mobile-first product strategy. Your contributions will directly impact both customer retention and growth by enhancing existing applications and launching new ones.

You will be working on projects involving mapping technologies and spatial tools built right into an iOS application. If you're into maps and passionate about delivering high-quality mobile applications and staying ahead of iOS trends, this role is for you!

What are you expected to do?

• You will build and maintain high-quality, UX-rich iOS and iPadOS apps.
• You will specialize in Apple’s native technologies such as UIKit, MapKit, SwiftUI, and CoreLocation.
• You will integrate apps with third-party modules, libraries, and partner services.
• You will have a Scope, develop, and deploy both minor and major app features and enhancements.
• You will perform unit, UI, and integration tests, while supporting the development of automation suites.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver seamless solutions.
• You will optimize app performance and memory usage for usability and scale.
• You will ensure compliance with coding standards and maintain platform parity across applications.
• You will maintain and improve existing CI/CD pipelines.
  
  

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

• You have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• You have at least 6 years of hands-on iOS app development experience.
• You have previous experience in a startup environment; able to work independently while maintaining standards.
• You have strong programming skills with deep expertise in Swift.
• You have a solid knowledge of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, MapKit, and CoreLocation.
• You have familiarity with design patterns like MVC or MVVM and their trade-offs.
• You have an experience working within agile software development processes.
• You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• You have a growth mindset—keen to learn and share insights with the team.
• You have experience with geospatial and mapping technologies
  
  

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What happens after you submit your application?

The Whole Process Takes Around 4 Weeks

• There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
• We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
• If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
