Job responsibilities

The essential job duties Talent Acquisition

  • Sourcing & attracting candidates – create job posting throughout internal and external job portals. Familiar with LinkedIn recruitment is highly advantageous
  • Interviewing & Accessing candidate – conduct interview with tools to access technical skills, cultural fit and potential for growth
  • Job description – work with hiring manager to update or create new JD for the new positions Employee Engagement
  • Perform as a key person to manage employee engagement activities, e.g., Annual Staff Party, Company Outing, CSR, Pink October, Pride month etc.
  • Initiate recognition & appreciation plan/activity
  • Prepare employees onboarding including new joiner orientation, ordering welcome kits, probation due date communication.
  • Prepare offboarding process including exit interview
  • Support employee well-being programs Payroll
  • Responsible for payroll administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets
  • Timely and accurate submission of payroll bank transfers, pension and taxes to payroll vendors HRIS
  • Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure the accuracy of employee information and managed data through the ‘Dior CoreHR’ system
  • Prepare monthly HR report to align with data in system
  • Monitor Leave application through local program timely update of personnel records Others
  • Coordinated with the vendor and prepared the necessary documents for work permit and visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and 90-day notifications.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align on global HR practices and local adaptation.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks
  • Handle other ad hock tasks assigned by the Manager Profile

Education & Professional Qualifications University degree in human resources management, Business Administration or related discipline Work Experience Minimum 5 years relevant HR Generalist experience preferably in Luxury Retail / Retail or FMCG industry Skills Well-organized and detail-minded Good numerical sense Able to work independently but also as a team player Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment Proficient in computer knowledge especially in Excel Proficient in Filipino and English Qualities Result-oriented Organized and analytical Flexible and Adaptable
