A leading organisation in Pasig is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their dependable and supportive HR team. What You'll Do
- Coordinate closely with partnered manpower recruitment firms to ensure all job vacancies are filled efficiently while maintaining open communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments, attending interviews when necessary to support fair and effective selection processes.
- Assist in addressing employee grievances with compassion and sensitivity, supporting disciplinary actions as needed while upholding respect for all parties involved.
- Support and advise on employee engagement strategies that foster a sense of belonging, trust, and shared purpose among staff members.
- Administer payroll processes accurately and manage employee benefits programmes with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Assist with salary benchmarking exercises and compensation reviews to ensure fairness, transparency, and market competitiveness.
- Provide valuable assistance to the HR Manager during performance appraisal cycles by ensuring processes are conducted smoothly and equitably.
- Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures consistently while promoting understanding among employees at all levels.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports and analytics that inform decision-making and highlight areas for improvement or celebration within the workforce.
- Conduct exit interviews thoughtfully to gather insights that can enhance retention strategies and overall employee satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field is required for this position as it provides a strong foundation for understanding people management principles.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources roles demonstrates your deep familiarity with HR operations across various functions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local labour laws as well as HR best practices ensures you can provide accurate advice on compliance matters at all times.
- Excellent communication abilities enable you to connect with colleagues from diverse backgrounds while resolving conflicts gently and constructively.
- Proficiency in using HR software systems alongside Microsoft Office tools allows you to manage data efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities paired with sound decision-making skills equip you to guide others thoughtfully through complex situations.
- A keen eye for detail combined with strong organisational capabilities ensures that tasks are completed thoroughly without overlooking important nuances.
- Experience supporting payroll administration along with benefits management highlights your dependability when handling sensitive information securely.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams reflects your commitment to building harmonious relationships based on trust and mutual support.
