We are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (Hybrid- Ortigas) to support our client based in the US.

Job Summary:

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for partnering with business leaders to deliver insights, prepare financial reports, and ensure financial accuracy that supports executive decision-making. The role also drives operational excellence and growth through annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly variance analysis, and executive reporting.


Responsibilities:

• Partners with business leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

• Prepares and delivers monthly management reporting packages, including financial summaries, KPIs, and variance analysis.

• Provides financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

• Builds and maintains financial models to evaluate business performance, investments, and initiatives.

• Improves reporting processes and analytical tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Conducts scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess risks and opportunities.

• Collaborates with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to ensure accuracy in reporting and reconciliations.

• Supports executive presentations with data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Assists with ad-hoc analysis, strategic projects, and performance metrics across departments.

• Develops dashboards and reporting tools to increase visibility into financial and operational performance.


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in FP&A.

• Experience in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar) is an advantage.

• CPA, CFA, or enrollment in a related certification program is a plus.
