- Creates and designs various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Ensures projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establishes creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Performs retouching and manipulation of images.
- Works with a wide range of media and uses graphic design software.
- Designs web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Creates these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs.
- Creates or incorporates illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communication.
- Selects type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image.
- Produces drafts for review by clients and makes revisions based on the feedback received.
- Reviews final productions for errors and ensures that final prints reflect client specifications.
- Utilize a variety of software applications to conceive and create creative graphic designs that satisfy company objectives while working on a broad range of projects and media. Managers should be consulted to make sure that designs adhere to brand guidelines, accurately convey concepts, and suitably reflect the business or customer.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or any related course.
- A minimum of 2-4 years related work experience.
- Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Has teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Must be highly creative and organized.
- Has a complete portfolio of graphic design content showcasing skills and experience.
- Has in-depth knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Has knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other graphic design software.
- Has strong analytical skills and excellent eye for detail.
- Has knowledge on web publishing software.
- Has above average communication and interpersonal skills.
