Position Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic content designs that enhance brand awareness, drive consideration, and increase conversions across all digital platforms.
  • Create, design, and deliver comprehensive marketing assets, including campaign materials for mobile, product, interactive, out-of-home (OOH), print, and digital platforms, with a focus on high-impact content such as white papers, teasers, and promotional articles.
  • Design and develop templates for email marketing and social media campaigns that align with brand messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain an efficient creative workflow, coordinating with brand, direct-to-consumer (DTC), content marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive and compelling content delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet design objectives and deadlines while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Engage with global teams across different time zones and regions on brand-focused projects, ensuring consistent and impactful brand communication.
  • Support UI/UX projects as needed, including generating wireframes and designing visually compelling landing pages and web/mobile interfaces.
  • Assist the marketing and DTC teams with additional tasks related to brand content creation and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related creative field is required.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in building brand presence and creating marketing content for eCommerce brands or agencies is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual content, including videos, white papers, articles, and other marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet project deadlines.
  • Confidence in presenting designs and content strategies, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
