Senior Front-End Developer (For Pooling)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end architecture for web applications, ensuring responsiveness, scalability, and efficiency.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to translate wireframes and designs into functional, high-performance code.

Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across different platforms.

Lead code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior front-end developers to promote best coding practices.

Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues to improve the user experience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, tools, and trends to implement new innovations and improvements.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services into front-end solutions.

Implement security best practices in front-end development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Knowledge of build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt).

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript.

Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) techniques.
