What You'll Do
As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will immerse yourself in the full spectrum of finance operations within one of the most influential global organisations. You will work closely with the Finance Director on critical reporting cycles—analysing complex datasets to produce clear insights that inform key decisions. Success in this role means not only delivering accurate reports but also proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation that align with broader organisational goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Director on monthly reporting processes by analysing and reviewing comprehensive financial data including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare regular financial analyses and reports that provide actionable insights to support informed business decision-making across multiple segments.
- Monitor the monthly closing of accounts while ensuring timely submission of all required reports to corporate headquarters, including detailed forecasts and budget updates.
- Develop various analyses, financial presentations, and management reports that support deal or project evaluations as well as ongoing operational reviews.
- Prepare or review statutory financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements while coordinating with third parties for tax preparation, auditing, and other essential financial needs.
- Assist in annual budgeting cycles, forecasting activities, and long-term planning processes to ensure alignment with global and regional strategies.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management by monitoring revenue streams, cost structures, profitability metrics, and identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Oversee adherence to internal controls by ensuring compliance with company policies as well as local accounting standards such as IFRS.
- Supervise tax compliance activities including VAT filings, corporate income tax submissions, statutory audits, internal reviews, and risk mitigation documentation.
- Support the Finance Director in commercial negotiations by providing robust financial analysis for pricing strategies and expansion initiatives.
To excel as a Senior FP&A Manager, you will bring extensive experience gained with large-scale multinational companies.
- A bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, Economics or a related field is required; additional qualifications such as CPA, CFA or MBA are highly regarded.
- At least 10 years’ experience in Financial Business Partnering (FBP), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership or Finance Management within multinational environments is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modelling techniques along with advanced forecasting skills and strong business analytics capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local tax regulations, audit procedures and overall financial compliance requirements is necessary.
- Exceptional leadership abilities combined with excellent stakeholder management skills; adept at building trust-based relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Hands-on experience in SAP or Hyperion
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively within fast-moving environments without compromising accuracy or integrity.
