- Lead the creation and development of seasonal apparel or garment collections
- Conduct fashion trend research, fabric sourcing, and color selection aligned with brand direction
- Create mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes
- Collaborate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams for design execution
- Oversee sample development, fittings, and adjustments
- Ensure designs are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Mentor and supervise junior designers
- Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related course
- At least 5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in garments or apparel
- Strong creative and technical design skills
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction and textile materials
- Must have a strong design portfolio
