What we need:


Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role will ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the facility by providing dedicated expertise for maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting; to support expansion projects or increased operational demands, helping to optimize facility performance and reduce downtime; to help implement and manage proactive maintenance programs that prevent equipment failures and extend asset lifespan; to ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.


This role will be based in NARRA1 located in Laguna Technopark, Binan, Laguna, Philippines.


Key responsibilities

  • Aims to ensure the facility operates smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively, supporting the organization’s operational goals.
  • Develop and maintains preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of data center facilities (MEFP).
  • Knowledgeable in preparing Incident Report and including resolution of issues.
  • Ability to determine and develop facility improvement plans.
  • Monitor and respond to environmental alerts and alarms.
  • Identify and address potential risks or issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility upgrades, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of facility operations and maintenance
  • Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization


The successful candidate:

  • With at least 7 years of experience in data center facility operations or other critical facility.
  • In-depth knowledge in electrical and cooling systems in a data center or other critical facility.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • With experience in operation and maintenance of the following equipment: UPS, FDAS, HVAC, Gensets, MV/LV Panels, Plumbing, RO System.
  • Can read and interpret Electrical and Mechanical Plans Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and team player.
  • Able to work under pressure and extended hours, weekends or holidays if required.
  • Preferably a graduate in BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, preferably License Engineer.
  • Candidate with CDCP Certificate is an advantage.
