The HR and Administrative Support is responsible for providing comprehensive assistance in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administrative functions. This includes supporting HR processes, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and managing shuttle dispatch and assignments to ensure effective employee transportation services.

Position Overview
The HR and Administrative Support is responsible for providing comprehensive assistance in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administrative functions. This includes supporting HR processes, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and managing shuttle dispatch and assignments to ensure effective employee transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support HR in monitoring attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping matters.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects.
- Manage general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external partners as needed.
- Organize company events, meetings, and other administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative processes.
- Coordinate daily shuttle services, ensuring timely dispatch of vehicles.
- Assign shuttle routes based on employee schedules, operational requirements, and efficiency.
- Communicate shuttle schedules and updates to employees and drivers.
- Monitor shuttle service performance and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate shuttle records and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support. Experience in transportation or dispatch coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
