  • Provide support to the Executives in a one-on-one working relationship.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters.
  • Organize and arrange communication between other Executives and departments.
  • Manage calendar, travel, and deadlines for the Executive.
  • Assist in preparation of client meetings, internal meetings, and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails and calendars for Executives.
  • Assist in meeting deadlines.
  • Assist in travel and meeting management.
  • Meeting notes and administrative support.
  • Document management.

Key Qualifications/Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in an Executive Administrator role.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
  • Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint.
  • Sense of urgency in response and solutions.
