Job Description

• Serves as technical owner for photo and CDS processes
• Maintain process stability, drive improvements and reduce defectivity
• Provide timely support for process excursions, recipe-related issues or tool alarms
• Analyze inspection and metrology data and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with operators and technicians to ensure consistent execution of procedures and process controls
• Evaluate new materials and implement cost reduction activities
• Define and monitor KPIs, and support audits when required
• Coordinate with equipment team on maintenance, calibrations and new tool qualifications
• Participate in NPI and RND activities
• Meet with cross-functional teams to continuously improve, update process specifications such as control plans, FMEA, process flows, procedures and any other documents that will have an impact on product
• Implement and adhere to the company policy and guiding values
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

• 5-7yrs (BS) / 3+yrs (MS) / 0-2yrs (PhD) of work experience in Process Engineering from Semiconductor or any equivalent industries.
• Engineering tools: DOE, FMEA, SPC
• Problem solving and quality methodology (8D, QC tools, etc.)
• Statistical software: JMP, Minitab
• Strong understanding of photo and thin film deposition processes
• Familiarity with inspection systems: AOI, CD tool, High power scope)
• Planning and analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Problem solving capability
