Job Description
- Controls factory lay out and equipment location. Set up manufacturing standard MMR, UPH and usage/k for Assembly and Test. Assemby/Tests capacity analysis.
- Control and update plant layout.
- Develop and create layout per project requested.
- Conduct time study on every assigned process
- Develop standard units per hour and KUPD.
- Analyze manufacturing assumption, set up time ,QA time number of site, jam rate, utilization, etc.
- Analyze and compare actual machine capacity and standard capacity
- Maintain Capacity Model data.
- Determine machine capacity and requirement per QOP/AOP
- Support all MPhil Sites.
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
- Establish the IE MFG Standard
- Space and Layout Planning
- AUTO-Cad Skills is preferable
- Understand process/ test flow and other production support
- Good Communication and team work
- With 0-2 year work experiences.
