What you will be doing:
- Business Model Innovation and P&L Management: You will be at the forefront of creating and refining business models that propel our organization forward. By utilizing your analytic and entrepreneurial prowess, you will develop comprehensive business and financial models that optimize revenue streams, drive customer growth, and ensure sustainable financial success. You will help manage strategic account-level profit and loss reports, devising innovative pricing and GTM strategies that expand channels of growth and drive profitability as a result of achieving optimal customer and partner satisfaction.
- Strategy Development and Execution: As a strategic visionary, you will develop and execute business strategies that position us as a market leader. Your ability to anticipate industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and navigate complex challenges will be instrumental in driving our organization's success. Your creativity, market research insights, and customer-centric approach will ensure our ecosystem solutions gain maximum product-market fit and long-term customer and partner value.
- Partner Segmentation, Negotiation, and Value Generation: You will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with key accounts, and existing or emerging category leaders. By conducting thorough market research, sizing and triaging of opportunities, developing commercial plans, and negotiating win-win collaborations, you will expand our network and strengthen our position in the industry. You will foster a culture of high performance, ensuring financial and operating metrics of Maya and its strategic partners are met, while setting clear expectations, collaborating and empowering cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Technology Management, Finance, or related fields.
- A trailblazer with a proven track record of at least 5-8 years in the FinTech industry, demonstrating success in business development, strategic partnerships, or incubation roles.
- Knowledge of financial services, FinTech trends, regulatory frameworks, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, research skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and decisions.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and P&L.
- Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, with a passion for inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams and key decision-makers, has a knack for effective stakeholder management, and with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a sense of urgency and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
