Job Summary:
The Office Surveyor is responsible for processing of field data and preparing computer-aided drafting maps for the client/s.

The Office Surveyor is responsible for processing of field data and preparing computer-aided drafting maps for the client/s.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare topographic maps, as-built maps, lot plan, location plan.
- Plot rawland offers and project it to Namria Map and / or satellite imagery.
- Compute earthworks volume accomplishment for billing monitoring of land development works.
- Prepare Data for Sales Map, Lot Pricing Map and Product Map for data upload and marketing collateral requirement.
- Prepare survey returns (plans, lot data computations) for LMB / LRA requirements for processing and approval of subdivision plan.
- Coordinates findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with the projects.
- Train assistant and helpers, and directs their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps.
- Analyze survey objectives and specifications to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.
- Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures.
- Open for Fresh graduates
- Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering (licensed GE an advantage)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same capacity
- Willing to be assigned in Edsa Mandaluyong
- Can start asap
