Position: Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Central Luzon or NCR

Your Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for:

• Digital Marketing Strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and the AUSactive website.
• PPC & SEO Support
• Assist in developing and executing paid marketing (PPC) and SEO strategies using tools like Google Keyword Planner, contributing to campaign analysis and optimization.
• Social Media Management
• Help develop and implement the social media strategy, manage posting schedules, engage with the online community, and track performance through key metrics.
• Graphic Design
• Design engaging visuals, including social media posts, infographics, banners, and email templates, using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to maintain consistent branding across channels.
• Content Development
• Assist in creating and editing content for social media, EDMs, newsletters, and the website, ensuring messaging aligns with AUSactive’s tone and objectives.
• Campaign Analysis
• Work with the marketing team to gather insights from digital campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Web Content Management
• Assist in updating and maintaining website content to ensure it is current, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration
• Work with external partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall marketing goals and KPIs.

Non-negotiable requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and graphic design
• Equal focus on both Digital Marketing and Graphic Design is required.
• Strong Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio showcasing visual content creation.
• Experience in Social Media Management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and Content Creation
• Experience with SEO principles, keyword research, and PPC campaign management.
• Experience with Web Content Management (WordPress)
• Experience with Project Management (ASANA, Sharepoint, MS Teams)
