As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure, optimize our CI/CD pipelines, automate toil, and support our mission-critical applications.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring system reliability. You’ll collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to maintain seamless deployments, optimize system performance, and respond to escalated incidents.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure, optimize our CI/CD pipelines, automate toil, and support our mission-critical applications.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring system reliability. You’ll collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to maintain seamless deployments, optimize system performance, and respond to escalated incidents.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will maintain and enhance cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- You will design, build, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
- You will c reate and implement reusable solutions to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve observability with logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, Azure and AWS services)
- You will automate deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and scaling using IaC tools (Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- You will implement security best practices, compliance, and risk management across DevOps workflows across a variety of technology stacks
- You will work with development teams to enable reliability, including automated failover, enhance software deployment strategies and reduce downtime
- You will establish and implement best practice patterns for automated deployment of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- You will participate in on-call rotation and incident response handling for production environments
- You will demonstrate and model DevOps best practices. Mentor other DevOps Engineers.
- You will continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies and automation
- You should have 5+ years of experience in DevOps and SRE or Cloud Engineering roles
- You should have p roficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native tools
- You should strong understanding of SDLC best practices, platforms, and tools
- You should have proven expertise in designing and deploying CI/CD automation and deployment strategies
- You should have hands-on experience deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code
- You should have solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo)
- You should have experience implementing automated testing in pipelines
- You should have experience with monitoring and logging tools and techniques
- You should have knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation
- You should have understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
- You should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with incident response and management
- You should have working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, FAST, etc.) and project delivery experience
- Financial services experience or familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) will be preferred
- Experience with serverless computing solutions like AWS Lambda/Fargate and Azure Functions/Container Apps will be preferred
- Care about reliability, security, and building solutions that help both developers and end users.
- Commit to ownership, high standards, and delivering stable, scalable infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams across engineering to streamline workflows and solve problems together.
- Challenge legacy thinking, improve systems, and keep learning to stay ahead.
- Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
