Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a data-centric culture.
- Build and deploy predictive models and compelling data visualizations.
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business improvements.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for operational support.
- Conduct market and industry research to guide strategic planning.
- Partner with marketing to create data-driven customer engagement strategies.
- Lead initiatives for process optimization through advanced analytics.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with InfoSec standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Scientist role.
- Strong command of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Matlab.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Familiarity with data lake platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Google Big Data).
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
