The Role

We are exclusively seeking talented and driven candidates based in the Philippines for this fully remote, initial 12-month contract role with potential for further 12-month extensions.

As a Senior Customer Success and Support Specialist within our idibu team, you will be instrumental in proactively driving customer success (approximately 80% of your focus) and providing expert technical support (around 20%).

You will own a portfolio of recruitment agency clients, primarily within the ANZ and Asia regions. Your primary objective will be to maximize their adoption of idibu, ensure they achieve tangible business outcomes (leading to renewals, account growth, and advocacy), and serve as their go-to expert for both product functionality and technical inquiries. You will also play a role in our internal support processes, all with the ultimate goal of delivering exceptional and seamless client experiences.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • At least 5+ years of proven experience in Account Management via phone, email, helpdesk software, and webchat.
  • Experience in a B2B, SaaS-based environment
  • Experience within recruitment / HR tech (desirable)
  • A strong customer-centric approach with real enthusiasm for helping customers win.
  • The ability to understand complex problems and explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work across different web-based tools and services and pick up new technologies quickly.
  • A proactive and autonomous work style with strong self-motivation and a commitment to achieving results.
  • Demonstrated experience in navigating contract lifecycles, ensuring successful renewals, and skillfully negotiating favorable outcomes.
  • Enjoy problem solving with a pro-active, positive and can-do attitude.
