• Must be comfortable handling department phone calls and managing department emails.
• Manage financial records using QuickBooks.
• Handle payroll and ensure accurate payments.
• Create invoices and billing with precision.
• Keep records up-to-date with fast data entry.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills are required.
• 2+ Years of US (remote) Accounting Assistant experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Experience with payroll and billing.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
