Conceptualizes ideas and creates innovative design concepts.
Prepares comprehensive Design Packages, including Testfits, Design Schematics, and Perspectives.
Monitors the progress of awarded projects, addressing any design-related concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, and Netscape.
Extensive experience in office planning, layout design, and space optimization.
Skilled in creating 3D perspectives and renderings to bring designs to life.
Able to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.
