Your Role

As a Senior Creative Lead, you will

• Responsible to provide management support as needed.
• Ensure that the team means KPI’s on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Management escalations and provide a possible resolution.
• Ensure that floor support is always available to help ensure teams are compliant, competent and that they are conducting themselves in accordance with the company’s code of conduct
• Assist the manager and team leads in defining the skills, knowledge and attributes required by people in specific positions.
• Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Lead and supervise a team of at least 20 people and 3 Team leaders in a multi shift environment
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
• Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals.
• Mentor, train, and develop teammates for career progression and learning.
• Ability to develop and share best practices across the various teams to further department success.
• Ability to inspire your team to create quality output and resolve internal conflicts that may arise.
• Manage end to end design workflows for client requests such as websites and gift card designs.
• Handle Sensitive client information with discretion.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Coaching and Performance Management Experience
• University Educated
• Leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Background with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with website designs using any platform like
• Wix, Shopify, Magento, etc.
