Senior Corporate Lean Engineer
As the Senior Corporate Lean Engineer, you will lead enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives, manage key systems like TeamGuru and our Learning Management System (LMS), and drive strategic alignment through performance tracking and best practice sharing. This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on improvement work to elevate our operating system and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role encourages certifications in Lean and Six Sigma.

Senior Corporate Lean Engineer

About The Job
- Manage and lead the Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Administration team
- Chief administrator and architect for our web-based strategy deployment and performance management platform (TeamGuru), including membership, dashboards, templates, Hoshin X-matrix, and other modules
- Direct our Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives
- Arrange and host our annual best practice sharing events
- Lead or participate in improvement projects
- Administrative duties, including timesheets, budgeting, and reviews
- Conduct training for Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Improvement
- Set up, maintain, and improve key critical reports and databases for ELSS
- Directs the Enterprise Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) Newsletter
- Coach, train, and develop people related to operational excellence, process improvement, and other important business functions
- Participates in Operating System assessments
- Support Strategic Planning and Deployment
- Collaborate in the setup, maintenance, and improvement of our Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Improvement Programs
- Some travel as needed (regionally or internationally)
- Other duties as assigned to support enterprise goals
- Bachelor's or university degree
- 5+ years of work experience in Corporate Lean
- Have knowledge and experience in Team Guru and LMS
- Deep knowledge of lean practices (six sigma, kaizen)
- Green belt certification preferred
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
