QA Supervisor
The primary responsibilities of this position are to ensure that the plant’s products comply with customer specifications, company policy and standards, and the standards of relevant product certifying or regulatory bodies and agencies.

QA Supervisor
The primary responsibilities of this position are to ensure that the plant’s products comply with customer specifications, company policy and standards, and the standards of relevant product certifying or regulatory bodies and agencies.
About The Job
- Ensure team compliance with work instructions, safety, security, company policies, and quality and environmental standards while leading related improvement programs and recognizing performance.
- Implement and ensure compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
- Set clear performance goals and standards for the team, regularly evaluate and provide feedback, reward good work and correct poor performance, coach and train team members, address personal and team issues, build a motivated and skilled workforce, and monitor quality metrics to reduce defects and errors.
- Participate in compliance and emergency teams, leading safety and response efforts during emergencies when assigned.
- Identify and analyze potential problems; develop and implement preventive actions; identify and analyze out-of-control situations; develop and implement controls and permanent corrective actions, using Six Sigma and other appropriate tools.
- Analyze the causes of work accidents and implement corrective action
- Graduate of any Engineering Courses, preferably as a licensed Engineer
- At least 5 years of work experience in an electronics / automotive manufacturing company
- Human relations and leadership skills;
- Well-versed in statistical tools and software like Minitab
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified is an advantage
