Job Responsibilities

• You complete transactional buying and appropriately allocate to suppliers within the required service level agreements.
• You manage the sourcing process by analyzing requisitions, enforcing preferred supplier compliance strategies, sourcing from potential suppliers according to the commodity-driven supplier list, fulfilling free-text requests, and obtaining the best price, delivery, and terms for non-contracted items.
• You ensure compliance with the company’s spend policy and established playbook. You conduct daily activities within SLA for the purchasing and procurement of requisitioned parts, indirect supplies, and services in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and SWIs across designated procurement commodities.
• You follow up on open orders by completing tasks such as purchase order acknowledgements, resolving blocked invoices, and addressing unfulfilled order inquiries.
• You identify non-value-added activities to help support a hands-free ordering environment. You recognize repetitive purchases as candidates for catalogs and share sourcing recommendations with the Category Manager. You monitor recurring transactional spend and work to reduce total costs. You direct shopping carts to frame contracts and catalogs where available.
• You coordinate with e-catalog enablers to include items in appropriate catalogs when applicable. You also notify internal users when an item becomes available in the catalog.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or technical-related field.
• You have prior sourcing experience, including transactional and tactical procurement.
• You bring 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• You have previous hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems.
• You have global exposure or experience working in a shared service setup.
• You are flexible with your schedule and can adapt to shifting priorities.
• You possess stakeholder management experience, especially in the Thailand market.
• You can read, write, and speak fluently in Thai.
