The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and mapping business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation. The role is involved in Salesforce configuration such as Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and admin tasks. Being a Salesforce Administrator is a plus

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focused on technical systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce configuration—Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and admin tasks.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly define requirements, processes, and technical specs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Process Builder, Data Loader, and Lightning App Builder.
- Exposure to integration platforms
- Experience with project tools like Azure, JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
