About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accounts payable function. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid accounting background, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the accounts payable team and oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and payment requests in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Manage payment schedules, monitor aging reports, and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable function.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Accounting team on month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to accounts payable staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on accounts payable metrics, outstanding liabilities, and process improvements to management.
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA passer required
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management
  • Willing to work on-site in Taguig (near Arca South)
