Join our dynamic design and development team where you'll dive into a diverse mix of online training development, graphic design and digital content creation tasks.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

As a Multimedia Developer, your creativity and skills will shine as you develop risk management-related online training and craft a variety of engaging communication materials, including digital assets, video, print and SharePoint sites. You will also guide subject-matter experts on design principles and branding guidelines to ensure consistency and impact.

What You Offer

  • Strong background in instructional and graphic design with experience in Articulate 360
  • Proficiency in Adobe software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign and Acrobat
  • Hands-on experience in creating visually appealing graphics, infographics and other visual content for training materials, presentations, reports and other communications
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work well under pressure
  • Accurate with a good eye for detail and strong commitment to completion and delivery
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
